Despite our best intentions, not everything goes according to plan. If you have a concern or a complaint, please contact us, either by email, telephone or on the contact form. It gives us an opportunity to apologise, to find out what went wrong, and to work out what we should do to prevent similar problems in the future. A copy of our complaints procedure is available from our practice manager, Ms Sheena MacKinnon.
Please remember to include your date of birth as well as your name with any correspondence; we have many patients with similar names.
